Bulk trash pickup happens the 3rd Monday of each month by Waste Pro Management. Trash pickup include unlimited items but strict rules (keep items neat, 3ft from obstructions/utilities). Acceptable items are large things you can't bin, like furniture, mattresses, carpet, and unbundled yard waste (no tree stumps or hazardous materials like paint/batteries/tires). Residents should place items curbside within 3 feet of the street for collection between 7 AM - 7 PM on their designated day.  

Our guardhouse received a complete makeover, featuring interior drywall repairs and a fresh coat of paint. The exterior was thoroughly pressure-washed and repainted to seamlessly match the nearby marquee and columns. 

The security guards now have a range of significant upgrades, including an enhanced phone system, a more advanced computer system, and newly installed guardhouse cameras.  

We’re excited to announce that our highly anticipated playground for children aged 3–12 is on track to be completed by the end of this year. The shade canopy is scheduled for delivery by December 12, 2025. Once the canopy is installed, we’ll move forward with laying artificial grass and installing the fencing to finalize the project.
